FAQ:

1. May I know the mushroom grows from DIY Baby Mushroom Growing Kit is edible?

• Yup. The mushroom is edible. You may observe its' colour and shape and compare it with our picture. As long as your mushroom's colour is not red, yellow, blue, black( this is not be happened yet), the mushroom can be eaten. If you found the mushroom is different shape and colour, welcome to contact us and we will assist you.

2. May I know one mushroom kit can grow how many times?

• One our mushroom kit can grow 2 to 3 times. For first time growing, the mushroom will "sprout" out within 4 to 14 days. When you see the tiny mushroom, the mushroom can be harvested after 3 days. You may put a newspaper under the mushroom kit. This is because the mushroom will release spores in 4th or 5th days. 

3.May I know where I should place this mushroom kit?

• Mycelium needs oxygen and indirectly light to grow mushroom. Living room and kitchen have good air circulation and there are most suitable to place the mushroom kit.

4. May I know how long I can keep the mushroom kit?

• The mushroom kit can be kept for 2 months. However, we are strongly recommending our customer can start growing the mushroom kit as soon as possible. This is because the fresh mushroom kit can easier to grow mushroom.

5. How many types of mushroom do you have?

• So far we have only Baby Oyster Mushroom Kit.

Now, let's us start to grow < DIY Baby Oyster Mushroom Kit>.

1. Tear out the opening of box.

2. You will see a white colour of mushroom substrate bag. The white colour part is mycelium.

3. Cut a "+" on the mushroom substrate bag using a clean cutter. Please don't cut it so deep, 2mm dept is acceptable.

4. Take out of the spraying bottle from kit. Fill in a clean water or filtered water. Spray water on the opening of mushroom substrate bag 4 times per day. Press 4 to 5 times per time.

 5. you may see tiny mushroom "sprout out" on the surface within 4 to 14 days.

6. This is second day.  Place a newspaper below the mushroom kit, because the mushroom will release the spores on 4th days.

7. On 4th day, you may harvest the mushroom. Pluck off whole the mushroom.

8. Likes this....hehe. You can cook the mushroom immediately or keep it in fridge. The mushroom put in fridge can last 3 days.

9. Use clean spoon the remove the old mycelium. 

10. Seal the opening of mushroom kit using cellulose tape for 5 to 7 days. The new mycelium will recover back. Repeat the step 4 to step 8 for next time growing.

IF you mushroom kit isn't growing for 2nd times or third time after 10 days, you may try to use this method. 

 ** Remove whole the plastic bag on the mushroom kit. Fill in 3cm of water into a container. place the mushroom inside the container and spray a lot of water on the surface of mushroom kit. You may spray 6 ti 7 times of water.
